Jose Cardoza, a renowned mix engineer with a keen eye for detail, has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry. Beyond his role in the studio, Jose showcases his Southern California scenery photography, providing a unique behind-the-scenes glimpse into the music industry. His minimalist and detailed photos serve as a celebration of creativity in all its forms, adding a visual dimension to the podcast.

Gabi Grella, a multifaceted talent, brings a unique perspective to mastering with her holistic music background. An experienced singer/songwriter with comprehensive knowledge in production, mixing, and business, Gabi's education at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music laid the foundation for her diverse skill set. Having interned and worked at Sterling Sound, Gabi understands the artistic and engineering aspects of music production.
