Get Lifted Artist Tournament - Cloud Products Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 8, 2026
1. Sponsor
The Get Lifted Voter Giveaway Drawing (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Cloud Microphones, LLC, 45 West Ventura St, Tucson, Arizona, 85705, USA (“Sponsor” or “Cloud Microphones”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of such persons are not eligible. The Giveaway is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, participants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on March 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on May 9, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) free methods of entry:
(a) By Voting. Visit cloudmicrophones.com/vote during the Giveaway Period and cast at least one (1) valid vote for any participating Get Lifted tournament artist using the official voting page. A valid email address is required to vote. Each person who casts at least one valid vote during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway, regardless of how many artists they vote for or how many votes they cast.
(b) By Tournament Entry. Any individual who submits a valid entry to the Get Lifted Artist Tournament during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Tournament entry is governed by the Get Lifted Artist Tournament Official Rules.
Limit: One (1) Giveaway entry per person regardless of the number of votes cast or method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person, multiple email addresses associated with the same person, or entries generated by automated means will be disqualified.
5. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Voting on the Get Lifted voting page is free and does not require any purchase. Submitting a tournament entry does not require any purchase from Sponsor. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
6. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded to randomly selected winners:
• First Prize: One (1) Cloud 44 Midnight Microphone (Approximate Retail Value: $1,699 USD)
• Second Prize: One (1) TRUE BLUE 520 Preamp (Approximate Retail Value: $899 USD)
• Third Prize: One (1) Cloudlifter Mini CL-25 (Approximate Retail Value: $149 USD)
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $2,747 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Only one (1) prize per person/household. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on Sunday, May 10, 2026. The drawing is final.
Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) business days of the drawing. Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of the date of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, fails to provide required information, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize Fulfillment
Prizes will be shipped to verified winners via standard ground shipping within thirty (30) days of confirmation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected shipments. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to sign and return required documents within the time specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Vote Validation and Fraud Prevention
Sponsor reserves the right to validate all votes and Giveaway entries. Sponsor may use email verification, CAPTCHA, IP review, device review, domain filtering, duplicate detection, fraud-detection tools, velocity review, and manual review to validate entries. Votes or entries that Sponsor reasonably determines to be the result of fraud, automation, multiple email addresses associated with the same individual, disposable email services, click farms, bots, scripts, coordinated manipulation, or any other artificial inflation will be disqualified, and the associated person may be disqualified from the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Giveaway, or the cloudmicrophones.com website, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway, communicate with entrants, fulfill prizes, and (with the entrant’s opt-in consent where required by law) for marketing communications from Cloud Microphones. Sponsor will not sell or rent personal information to third parties. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in Cloud Microphones’ Privacy Policy, available at cloudmicrophones.com.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, biographical information, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, or consideration.
12. Release of Liability
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent that any such claim arises from the gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, garbled, undeliverable, or misdirected entries or email; (b) any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway; (c) interrupted or unavailable network connections, server outages, or website downtime; (d) any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer or device related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway; or (e) any combination thereof.
13. Modification, Suspension, or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, platform outages, legal issues, force majeure events, public health events, or any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway. Any such action will be exercised in good faith. If the Giveaway is terminated before its scheduled conclusion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct the drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and agrees not to raise any defense of forum non conveniens.
Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Giveaway. Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
15. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., Alphabet Inc., or X Corp.
16. Winners List
Winners will be announced on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at cloudmicrophones.com/getlifted and on Cloud Microphones’ official Instagram account (@cloudmics). Published winner information will include first name, last initial, and city and state of residence. The winners list will remain available online for at least ninety (90) days following publication.
17. Official Rules Availability
These Official Rules are available exclusively online at cloudmicrophones.com/get-lifted-giveaway-terms-and-conditions throughout the Giveaway Period and for at least ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the drawing. Entrants are encouraged to print or save a copy for their records.
